Hurricane JV Wallops Winfield 47-0

It was too much Hurricane freshman power for Winfield to handle in the first half as QB Ismael Borrero threw 2 touchdowns to Chase Hager to grab an early 16-0 Redskin lead.

Borrero was not quite done as his 50 yard td run, and the Skins 3rd successful 2 pt conversion had Hurricane up 24-0 at the half.

The 2nd half kick off brought little solace to the Generals as Hurricane continued to pile up the points.

2nd half highlights for Hurricane included a Gavin Bell touchdown catch and Cord Midkiff returning a punt for a TD.

A strong defensive effort helped Hurricane to the shutout led by among others Riley Meadows, Brogan Brown, JT James and Zach Moore.
